Irvine High School Instrumental Music Program

STEP 1 : Read the Irvine High School Vaquero Instrumental Music Program Information thoroughly.
Marching Band Parents/Students only: please also read the Marching Band Uniform Contract.

STEP 2 : Fill out the Online Music Registration form. Complete all information. Click “Submit” when all information has been completed. Complete a separate registration form for each IHS Instrumental Music student. Please make note of your “TOTAL CONTRIBUTION” amount as it will be needed later in the Registration Payment sections below.

STEP 3: Print out, complete and sign the Registration Payment and Medical Authorization & Transportation Waiver forms (2 pages). Hardcopies must include both student and parent signatures and must be returned to the VIMB Registrar as specified below.

STEP 4: If you choose to pay by check, please include your check with the completed Registration Payment form.

STEP 5: If you choose PayPal as your payment method, use the following button to pay. Once you are at the PayPal site, enter your TOTAL CONTRIBUTION and proceed to payment.

STEP 6: Mail the completed Registration Payment form (with enclosed check, if applicable) and the completed Medical Authorization & Transportation Waiver forms to the VIMB Registrar at:
