Pre-Screening

Submit a scanned copy of your passport for each applicant aged 16 and above. Our team confirms your eligibility before proceeding due diligence
Step 2:
Due Diligence Check
(7–10 Business Days)
A basic set of certified documents is submitted for background and compliance checks by relevant authorities to ensure a smooth and transparent approval process.
Step 3:
Full Submission
(30–60 Business Days)
Complete your full application, submit all required documents, and finalize your investment contribution and government fees for official processing and approval.
Step 4:
Citizenship Ceremony & Passport
(7–10 Business Days)
Attend your oath ceremony, either online or in person –and complete biometrics in Vanuatu or an approved overseas office. Then, receive your citizenship documents and passport.

Your CIIP Vanuatu Citizenship Journey
Stage 1:
Conducted by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Immigration, and interpol, this stage ensures applicants meet all integrity and compliance standards. Three Clearance Letter is issued upon successful review, subject to full submission.
Fees: USD $8.000 Due Diligence Fee and Administration Fees

Stage 2: Full Documentation Submission
Once initial clearance is received, applicants submit their full documentation and settle the required government fees.

- Medical Certificate
- High-Resolution Photo
- Birth Certificate
- Asset Report
- Bank Reference
- Six-Month Bank Statement (stamped by the bank)
- Proof of Address (utility bill)
- Completed and Signed Passport Form
- Investor Forms
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
Stage 3: Citizenship Ceremony & Passport
The final stage formalizes your Vanuatu citizenship. You’ll attend an Oath-Swearing Ceremony, complete National ID and Birth Registration, and submit biometrics in Vanuatu or at an approved overseas office.
Biometric Locations: Vanuatu, UAE, New Caledonia, Hong Kong, or Brussels.
Delivery: After biometric submission, your citizenship certificate, passport, and national ID are securely couriered to you.
*To receive a Vanuatu passport, all new citizens, regardless of age – must submit biometric data in person. This ensures the secure creation of a chip-embedded passport.
