3. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our website or services indicates acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

4. Age Requirements

Our services relate to citizenship applications and are intended for use by adults. Users must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry, complete our questionnaire, or engage our services on their own behalf. Where a minor is included as a dependant on a family application, their information is submitted and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is our Client.

5. Nature of Our Services

VIMB acts as a government-appointed designated agent, providing guidance and facilitation services in connection with Vanuatu’s citizenship by investment programmes. Our website and initial enquiry process, including our questionnaire, are intended to assess eligibility and gather preliminary information. They do not constitute a citizenship application, a guarantee of approval, or a binding engagement of our services. A formal engagement only arises upon execution of a separate Client Services Agreement.

6. Content Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the information on our website is accurate and current, it may occasionally contain errors or become outdated, particularly in relation to programme requirements, fees, and processing times, which are subject to change by the Government of Vanuatu. We reserve the right to correct such information without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or immigration advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

7. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you must not:

  • Post or submit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content
  • Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
  • Provide false or misleading information as part of an enquiry, questionnaire, or application
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Distribute malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of our website or systems

8. Citizenship Programme, Processing Times, and Government Approval

Processing times, government fees, and eligibility criteria referenced on our website are estimates based on information available at the time of publication and are subject to change by the Government of Vanuatu. VIMB does not control government processing timelines and cannot guarantee approval of any citizenship application. Final approval of any application rests solely with the relevant Vanuatu government authorities.

9. Client Documentation and Confidentiality

Where you engage our services and submit personal documents, including passport copies and financial information, we handle such documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any documentation you provide is accurate, current, and submitted with the necessary authority, including on behalf of any family members included in your application.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, remains the property of VIMB or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIMB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including any delay, denial, or outcome of a government citizenship application, which remains outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vanuatu, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.
