Conducted by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and interpol, this stage ensures applicants meet all integrity and compliance standards. A Clearance Letter is issued upon successful review, subject to full submission.

Stage 2: Full Documentation Submission
Once initial clearance is received, applicants submit their full documentation and settle the required government fees.

- Six-Month Bank Statement (stamped by the bank)
- Proof of Address (utility bill)

Stage 3: Citizenship Ceremony & Passport
The final stage formalizes your Vanuatu citizenship. You’ll attend an Oath-Swearing Ceremony, complete National ID and Birth Registration, and submit biometrics in Vanuatu or at an approved overseas office.
Biometric Locations: Vanuatu, UAE, New Caledonia, Hong Kong, or Brussels.
Delivery: After biometric submission, your citizenship certificate, passport, and national ID are securely couriered to you.
*To receive a Vanuatu passport, all new citizens, regardless of age – must submit biometric data in person. This ensures the secure creation of a chip-embedded passport.
