Managing Director
Daniel Agius, a Chartered Accountant with Australian qualifications, is a prominent figure in the realm of offshore financial services, Daniel originated from Australia but relocated to Vanuatu in 2004. With a robust background in corporate advisory and investment migration services, Daniel serves a global clientele with precision and expertise.
The Managing Director of Vanuatu Investment Migration Bureau (VIMB), Daniel spearheads Vanuatu’s foremost international CBI advisory firm. VIMB, recognized as a Vanuatu Government Designated Agent, under Daniel’s leadership, stands as a beacon of excellence in the field.
Daniel’s influence extends beyond the corporate sphere. He is a trusted advisor to the Vanuatu government, actively contributing to policy development and implementation. His insights and strategic acumen are instrumental in shaping Vanuatu’s financial landscape, particularly in the dynamic arena of Citizenship by Investment programs.

Gleb Igolkin
Sales Director
Gleb Igolkin serves as the Sales Director for the European and North American markets, bringing over 15 years of experience in the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) industry.
He has played a key role in promoting Caribbean and Pacific Island citizenship programs globally, including at the governmental level, since 2010.
Gleb previously held the position of Passport Officer with the Immigration Department of the Republic of Vanuatu, and his expertise spans deep engagement with immigration authorities across most island jurisdictions. He is a regular participant and speaker at major international conferences and exhibitions focused on CBI and private capital migration.
Andrew Sinclair
Business Development Representative
Andrew is an entrepreneur who became a citizen of Vanuatu in 2021 during the COVID period. Since obtaining Vanuatu citizenship, he has expanded his business interests internationally, building strong networks across multiple jurisdictions. Andrew has since joined the VIMB team, where he focuses on direct client engagement and digital sales, helping connect investors and global clients with Vanuatu’s citizenship and investment opportunities.
